Our goal is to help each swimmer push past their physical, cognitive, or neurological challenges to successfully learn to swim, learn water safety, develop confidence, increase fitness, and have fun!

"Riding For Focus (RAF)" is a Specialized sponsored bike program instilling confidence in middle schoolers, teaching lessons in overcoming barriers. R4F promotes cycling as an outlet for youth to improve cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being. This program is for middle schoolers who identify as neurodivergent who wants to learn to ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle independently. Bikes & Helmets will be provided by The AIROW Project.

The AIROW project is pleased to offer a Riding for Everyone bike program that will allow children and youth to learn and experience riding bikes in a barrier-free environment. This program is specifically designed for riders with diverse abilities that would benefit from an adapted environment. The goal is to allow all riders to learn basic bike skills and overall motor skills in a supported and small-scale environment while creating new friendships along the way. Staff coaches will focus on creating opportunities for meaningful participation rather than competition.

The AIROW project offers adaptive hiking, kayak and adaptive bike summer programs to all ages and disabilities, July, and August. These programs build confidence and physical ability, enabling participants to enjoy the outdoors with friends.
